Bid on John Driskell Hopkins' Personal Instruments to Benefit Camp Southern Ground!

 

John Driskell Hopkins is running a 10-day Ebay auction for your chance to bid on 4 of his own personal (and played!) instruments! These instruments have all been signed by every member of ZBB, and each have their own story! All proceeds from the auction items benefit Camp Southern Ground, so Hop hopes everyone will "bid with confidence and enthusiasm!" The four items are:

 

Gold Tone Fretless Banjo Bass

This Gold Tone banjo bass from John Driskell Hopkins' personal collection was previously owned by Buddy Miller "This thing is a trip! Sigma 12 String Acoustic Guitar

The Sigma 12 string acoustic guitar has been in John Driskell Hopkins' personal collection since 1995. The cracked headstock was professionally repaired years ago. "I recently re-strung it and she plays just fine. The hard shell case is one that I used for many years and comes with all the stickers, but without a handle. oops..." -John Driskell Hopkins. BSX Allegro Bass

This is a BSX Allegro upright acoustic electric bass with Bartolini pickups and includes a road case, gig bag, a bow and stage stand. "I played this bass many times on stage with the Zac Brown Band. I also used it in the recording of "Whiskey's Gone" from our second album entitled YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE. She took a spill on a very windy day at a TCU gig we played years ago. (They threw fried chicken on stage) There are a few cracks in the finish, but she still plays great. Beware! Stage stand is not windproof! ;-)" -John Driskell Hopkins. Bid now!
