ZBB Featured in Relix Magazine

Zac Brown Band is featured in the July/August issue of Relix Magazine In the article, Zac talks about his formative years, growing up as the 11th of 12 children and what spurred his interested in music. He also reminisces about his early aspirations for the band and its humble beginnings:

"'As soon as we made our first CD in early ‘98, we were going on the road in a van with my Jack Russell and my drummer, a PA and a bunch of our CDs,' he says. 'We were going to be big within a year and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Ten years later, we started getting traction.'"

He also tells about writing with Wyatt "Wrecking Ball" Durrette, collaborator on songs including "Chicken Fried" and "Whatever It Is," whom can neither read music nor play an instrument.
